Our story
ObsidianPM was founded to solve a problem every billing leader knows: revenue cycle work is too fragmented. Claims live in one system, EDI in another, denials in email, and reporting in spreadsheets. Billing companies scale by adding people — not by fixing the platform.
ObsidianRCM started as a focused medical billing platform — claims, scrubbing, clearinghouse EDI, ERA posting, denials, and patient AR connected in one workflow. Command Center and Recovery Center came from watching billers hunt for work instead of executing it. Enterprise rollups and SSO came from MSOs and hospital RCM teams who need governance without losing practice-level control.
Today we serve billing companies, hospital revenue cycle departments, MSOs, and independent practices through sales-led onboarding — with a complete billing platform revenue teams run every day.
